Claire France

As a Senior Associate in the Commercial Property Department, Claire specialises in advising high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors on a wide range of commercial property transactions. Claire’s work covers the acquisition and disposal of commercial assets — whether vacant, single-let, or multi-let — as well as leasehold matters, including agreements for lease, lease renewals, and other associated transactional documents.

Claire has acted for clients across the full investment lifecycle, from initial purchases through to the ongoing management of their property portfolios. This includes drafting and negotiating new leases, advising on lease renewals, and handling licences for alterations, assignments, and other essential legal instruments that safeguard my clients’ interests.

Claire’s experience representing both landlords and tenants enables her to provide strategic, commercially-minded advice with a balanced understanding of all parties’ objectives — a key advantage in complex, high-value transactions.

Outside of Work
Beyond the legal world, Claire enjoys cooking, walking, and reading, and love spending quality time with my children. Claire also has a passion for travel and enjoys exploring new destinations, whether with her family or solo.
