Izzy is a Marketing Assistant within the Marketing Team. She is passionate about creating engaging and meaningful content that reflects the firm’s values and strengthens its reputation.
Her role supports the wider marketing and business development strategy, helping to enhance visibility, build connections, and showcase the success of both the firm and its clients.
Izzy graduated with a BA (Hons) in Marketing with PR and Advertising in July 2025. Before joining RLK, she gained experience in sales during her final year of university, developing strong communication skills and a keen understanding of what connects with different audiences.
Creative and open-minded, Izzy enjoys finding new and effective ways to share RLK’s story. She takes great pride in supporting campaigns that not only promote the firm’s work but also reflect the genuine care and commitment that underpin its culture.
Outside of work, Izzy enjoys staying active through Pilates, swimming, and going to the gym. She also loves spending time with her friends and family, and travelling to new destinations whenever she can.
