Emma’s journey with RLK Solicitors began in 2003, when she joined as a paralegal in the litigation department, drawing on her legal degree.
Emma’s dedication and expertise quickly led her on a path to the role of Practice Director, where she now oversees the firm’s operations and strategic development. In this role, Emma is the driving force behind RLK Solicitors’ operational excellence, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a supportive environment for our legal professionals.
Her deep understanding of the legal landscape and her commitment to efficiency are invaluable assets to the firm.
Outside of work
Emma enjoys the gym, walking with her dog, travelling to different places and eating out as well as the theatre and music concerts.
She is happy enjoying nature at the weekend to get away from the hustle and bustle of the busy office week and also spending time with her family and friends.
