Friday 27th March: Following yesterday’s fabulous community spirit and coming together of the general public to show their support and appreciation for our NHS and key workers, RLK solicitors would like to do our part to show our appreciation. Key workers have worked tirelessly to help support everyone during Covid-19 many of which are risking their own health to save ours. In line with Government guidelines pertaining to health and welfare of our staff, along with our commitment to continuing to provide a fully functioning service to our clients Rubric Lois King Solicitors has taken the decision to support home working and limit the direct contact between its staff and clients. The majority of our staff will be working from home until further notice during the hours of 9 am to 5 pm (updated 8th April). This decision may bring challenges to the firm, but these are challenging times for the vast majority of the country and indeed, the world. Whilst we will endeavour to ensure there is as little disruption to you as possible, please bear with us as we settle into our new routine.
All correspondence and documentation to be returned to us should be sent by email in the first instance and if that is not possible, by the post.
Please NOT TO ATTEND THESE OFFICES unless absolutely necessary and, only with a prior pre-arranged appointment. Instead we encourage all clients to email us for an update on your matter until further notice. All staff have diverted their landlines to their mobiles and we have access to FaceTime and Microsoft Teams together with updates on our LinkedIn page.
