Theo graduated from the University of Exeter in July 2025 with an LLB in Law. During his studies, he dedicated time to the Community Law Clinic, where he provided pro-bono pre-legal advice to disadvantaged members of the community. This work gave him experience across several areas of law, including family, immigration and housing, and strengthened his commitment to client care.

Outside of work, Theo enjoys painting with watercolours, exploring new cuisines, and reading horror and fantasy novels. He also has a strong interest in music and film, and during his time at university co-hosted a music-centred radio show.
