Chris also works closely with top barristers, including King’s Counsel, and specialist experts to ensure his clients have the strongest possible legal support.

As a leading specialist in business interruption litigation, Chris heads up this niche area of Commercial Law. His expertise is acknowledged in A Practical Guide to Business Interruption Insurance by Neil Fawcett, one of the key texts in this field.
Outside of Work
Chris is based across both RLK offices, Birmingham city centre and Edgbaston, and is passionate about travel, spending time with his family, and fundraising for charity through endurance events.
He has completed an impressive range of challenges, including the Great Birmingham Run, Birmingham Velo, the London Marathon, the Yorkshire Marathon, and the Great North Run. He has also cycled from Land’s End to John O’ Groats unaided and completed the London to Paris ride twice.
In addition to his legal work, Chris is a Trustee for Northfield Community Partnership, a charity dedicated to improving life chances for local people and communities.
