Jamie is a litigator with a strong track record in defending claims and securing great results for his clients. Before joining RLK Solicitors, he worked at a Legal 500 firm, mainly representing insurers and bus companies. He’s handled a wide range of civil claims, often on behalf of defendants, and has a sharp eye for identifying when something doesn’t add up. In one standout case, Jamie helped expose a fraudulent claim, leading to a finding of fundamental dishonesty and a significant costs recovery for the client.
Before moving into solicitor practice, Jamie qualified as a barrister and built-up solid advocacy experience in County Court hearings. He’s represented both claimants and defendants, particularly in quantum and application hearings, where he consistently achieved successful outcomes—whether it was a key application win or ensuring the right amount was awarded.
Jamie’s focused on being friendly, diligent, and laser-focused on securing the best possible outcome for his clients. His combined experience in litigation and advocacy gives him the confidence and skill to push forward his clients’ cases with clarity and conviction. Read more about Jamie’s cases in Our Work.
