Theodore is a Paralegal in RLK Solicitors’ Business Interruption Insurance team, where he supports business owners pursuing complex insurance claims. He works closely with solicitors to progress claims efficiently and robustly, helping clients challenge insurers and secure fair financial outcomes following loss or disruption.
He holds a BSc in International Business from Loughborough University and is currently completing his MA Law (SQE1) at the University of Law, combining a strong commercial foundation with developing legal expertise.
Before joining RLK, Theodore built a broad skill set across both legal and client-facing roles. He has experience supporting solicitors on property-related matters, regularly liaising with multiple stakeholders and managing time-critical documentation. He also gained valuable commercial exposure through the Small Business Advice Line, where he observed solicitors advising SME owners on a range of legal and operational challenges, deepening his understanding of the pressures faced by businesses.
Outside of legal practice, Theodore has worked in high-responsibility environments including a large GP surgery, where he supported individuals during sensitive situations, and at Edgbaston Cricket Ground as part of the ground staff for county and international fixtures. Earlier in his career, he also worked as a rugby coach, developing strong communication, leadership and teamwork skills.
Known for his proactive and determined approach, Theodore brings energy, organisation and a commercial mindset to his role at RLK. Outside work, he enjoys rugby, fitness and travel, with a year studying abroad in Bordeaux forming a key part of his academic experience.
