Crystal is a Paralegal in the Business Interruption team at RLK Solicitors, where she supports businesses with Covid-related insurance claims. She works closely with clients to help them understand their policies and manage claims efficiently, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout the process.
After graduating with a Law degree from the University of Warwick, Crystal went on to study the Bar Practice Course (BPC) with an LLM, which she is currently completing. She is also a member of Gray’s Inn. Earlier in her education, she was awarded the Jack Petchey Award for Achievement, an accolade that continues to inspire her commitment to excellence.
Before joining RLK, Crystal worked as a Governance Assistant within the NHS, supporting primary care networks with compliance and policy. This experience gave her a strong foundation in detail-focused and structured working, which she now brings to her legal practice.
Crystal’s approach is supportive and clear. She values open communication and ensures that clients fully understand their options, keeping their priorities at the centre of every case.
Outside of work, Crystal is passionate about giving back to the community. She volunteers by teaching children how to dance and also sings in her church choir.
