Kirsty advises individuals and businesses on a wide range of disputes, including commercial and insurance-related claims. Her work focuses on resolving matters efficiently and securing practical outcomes that reflect each client’s priorities and the legal realities of their case.
She is known for her approachable and collaborative style, clear communication, pragmatic thinking, and ability to make complex legal issues accessible. Her supportive, solution-focused approach ensures clients feel informed and confident throughout every stage of the process.
Before joining RLK in 2025, Kirsty worked at a regional firm specialising in litigation and also practised as a consultant. This experience provided broad exposure to contentious matters, including contractual, company, and property disputes. She studied Law at the Open University, completed an LLM in Legal Practice at BPP University, and previously studied English and Film at Keele University. This diverse academic and professional background gives her a well-rounded perspective, strong analytical ability, and a particular aptitude for expressive and precise drafting.
Outside of work
Away from the office, Kirsty enjoys spending time with friends and family, sharing good food, listening to live music, playing board games, watching films, and travelling.
