Why instruct Claire?

Claire’s wealth of experience means she knows when to settle and knows when the cost of going to court (both legal costs and emotional strain) is worthwhile. Her advice is always honest, even when that may not be what a client wants to hear.  Claire believes that sensible advice saves clients time, money and the emotional strain of unnecessary court applications.

If you want a lawyer who explains things in language you understand, who stays in contact with you and who is clear about costs, you can contact Claire on 0121 450 7800.

It is important that you feel comfortable with your family lawyer. RLK take the risk out of choosing your family lawyer by offering an initial meeting for a charge of £100 plus VAT for the first 30 minutes and no obligation to continue.

Client comments

“I was extremely pleased with the quality of service provided by Claire Taylor. Claire was always helpful, supportive and sensitive to my case and obtained a result I am very pleased with. Claire always took the time to explain things to me in a way in which I understood. I would like to thank Claire for the way in which things were dealt with and for the reassurance and her patience during my case, at what was a difficult time. I would have no hesitation in recommending Claire to others.”

“Divorce is not a pleasant subject and coupled with the complexities of children and finances the whole process is both timely and consuming. Claire has very successfully managed to piece together the volatile breakdown of my marriage and prepare my proposals to the Court in a very simplistic yet detailed and extremely professional approach. Her advice and suggestions towards which direction to proceed has made my sometimes ‘gun ho’ approach to certain situations quite manageable and I feel totally comfortable with having her at the helm of these delicate matters. Thank You.”

“Excellent – professional service”
