As a Senior Associate in the Commercial Property Department, Claire brings over 20 years’ experience in the Commercial Property sector dealing with acquisitions and disposals. Claire comes from Hogan Lovells and has worked at some other major firms (both international and regional) including Eversheds, Freshfields, DLA Piper and Anthony Collins.
Claire specialises in advising high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors on a wide range of commercial property transactions. Her work covers the acquisition and disposal of commercial assets — whether vacant, single-let, or multi-let — as well as leasehold matters, including agreements for lease, lease renewals, and other associated transactional documents.
Claire has acted for clients across the full investment lifecycle, from initial purchases through to the ongoing management of their property portfolios. This includes drafting and negotiating new leases, advising on lease renewals, and handling licences for alterations, assignments, and other essential legal instruments that safeguard her clients’ interests.
