Charlotte is a Paralegal within RLK Solicitors’ Insurance Litigation Department, where she specialises in Business Interruption Insurance (BII) claims. Since joining the firm in January, she has taken an active role in supporting clients through complex insurance disputes.
Charlotte works closely with both clients and colleagues to move cases toward resolution, gathering critical information, preparing comprehensive evidence, drafting legal documents, and ensuring each claim is robustly supported with clarity and care.
Charlotte completed her Law (LLB) degree at Nottingham Law School (Nottingham Trent University) and intends to qualify as a solicitor through the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) route, fulfilling her ambition to qualify as a solicitor.
Before beginning her legal career at RLK, Charlotte spent time travelling across Indonesia and Southeast Asia, where she embraced her love for adventure and new cultures.
Outside of work
Charlotte enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, volunteering for charities, going on countryside walks, and dedicating time to learning German as a new language.
