As a member of our team, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional legal services to our clients. You will work closely with experienced colleagues to develop innovative solutions and achieve optimal outcomes.  

The ideal candidate will possess between 1 – 5 years of experience in the following areas:

• Wills
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Trusts advice
• Probate administration

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of private client matters, including the drafting of wills and trusts.
• Advising clients on all aspects of estate planning, including tax considerations.
• Administering estates and guiding clients through probate processes.
• Providing clear and practical advice on LPAs and their implications.

Required Skills and Experience

• 1 – 5 years of experience in private client work.
• Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Strong organisational and case management abilities.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
