Commercial Litigation Lawyer – Grade A

Due to continued growth within our Dispute Resolution team, RLK Solicitors, a Legal 500 2026 Firm to Watch, is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to play a key role in the next phase of the department’s development.

Due to the significant growth of our Dispute Resolution department, we are looking for an ambitious and experienced Litigation Solicitor to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to play a key role in shaping and expanding this area of our practice.

About the role:

The successful candidate needs to have experience in a variety of litigation matters, including contractual issues such as claims made under personal guarantees, professional negligence, company and partnership disputes, shareholder disputes, high-value personal disputes, and insolvency litigation.

The successful candidate will be expected to work with limited supervision but with the benefit of full administrative support from secretarial staff and legal support from Partners, Solicitors and Paralegals.

Your Skills and Experience:

• A Grade Solicitor with at least 8 years’ post qualification experience in commercial litigation.
• Ability to manage cases and ensure deadlines are met.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Possess strong commercial acumen.
• Ability to foster trusted relationships with our clients.
• A willingness to participate in business development initiatives.

The role will be based in our City Centre office but travel may be required to other offices.
