The Commercial Litigation Paralegal will support the firm’s Commercial Litigation team with a broad range of contentious matters. The role involves assisting fee earners with case management, legal research, document review, disclosure, and preparation for hearings and trials, offering excellent exposure to complex and varied commercial disputes.

What we are looking for:

• Support solicitors with the management of commercial litigation matters, including drafting and filing court documents and preparing for hearings, mediations and trials.
• Manage litigation bundles and disclosure exercises, ensuring compliance with the Civil Procedure Rules, confidentiality and privilege requirements.
• Conduct detailed legal research and produce high-quality research notes, chronologies, case summaries and draft correspondence.
• Liaise confidently with clients, counsel, courts, experts and third parties, and attend meetings and hearings as required.
• Maintain accurate file management, case records and administrative processes in line with SRA and GDPR requirements, including billing and engagement procedures.
• Bring strong academic credentials (LLB or GDL), excellent drafting and organisational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced litigation environment.
