Private Client Team Vacancies

We are seeking two dynamic individuals to join our expanding Private Client team at RLK Solicitors. The ideal candidates will possess between 1 – 5 years of experience in the following areas:

• Wills
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Trusts advice
• Probate administration

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of private client matters, including the drafting of wills and trusts.
• Advising clients on all aspects of estate planning, including tax considerations.
• Administering estates and guiding clients through probate processes.
• Providing clear and practical advice on LPAs and their implications.

Required Skills and Experience

• 1 – 5 years of experience in private client work.
• Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Strong organisational and case management abilities.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
