Alisha is a highly experienced family solicitor with over 10 years’ experience in family law. She leads RLK’s Family & Divorce team and is known for her practical, empathetic advice and firm representation in complex and sensitive matters.
Alisha advises on all aspects of family law, including divorce, financial settlements, children disputes, cohabitation, and cases involving serious allegations of harm or non-accidental injury. She regularly represents clients in the Family Court and carries out much of her own advocacy.
She is an accredited member of the Law Society’s Children Law Scheme. Before joining RLK, Alisha headed a family department at a regional firm where she supervised a team of lawyers and developed particular expertise in court-led proceedings.
While her current practice is focused on privately funded work, her breadth of experience ensures clients benefit from robust, strategic advice at every stage of their case.
Outside of Work
Alisha is a busy mum of two and enjoys spending time with her family. She balances her career with a love of the outdoors and keeping active with her children.
